Select a memorial card design
Look through our great range of designs and select the one you would like to use. Take note of the reference number.
Once you have this information ready, which should include all the text including: the name of the deceased, dates and all the hymns, readings and any photographs that you would like added to the memorial card.
Contact us and you can then come in and show us your requirements. (You can also email this to us).
Design & Proof
Once we have all the final information, our designer will layout the text and insert the photograph(s).
We will then email the proof of the memorial card to you to check all the details are correct.
Any ammendments can be made until you are happy and ready to proceed with print.
We can also supply you with a printed proof for you to come in and check.
Order
Confirm that your memorial card is ready to print, decide on gloss or matte lamination and quantity, then we will have your memorial cards ready in 4 working days.
Timescale
We are flexible with our timescales and our normal turnaround time from proof approval

Absolutely! We believe a memorial cards becomes significantly more meaningful and personal when it includes photographs. For this reason, we give you the flexibility to add photos on any and all pages of your memorial card design, not just the cover.

Memorial cards as standard come with 4 pages. A front cover, 2 inside pages and a back cover.
With this service, we offer a maximum 4 day turnaround time (working days only). Please note, our ability to meet this express turnaround time improves significantly for orders placed in the morning. We’re committed to ensuring that our customers’ needs are met, especially in these times of need.
The process of laminated takes around 2 working days so for very urgent orders we can print your memorial cards ‘un-laminated'

If you require your printing to be delivered the same day, we can send locally via a taxi-delivery service. This usually cost £10 + VAT. You would need to check with us first.

Recycled paper consists of 100% recycled used paper. As well as saving wood resources, in comparison with conventional paper production, more than 70% of the energy and water used is saved, In short: Recycled paper significantly protects the environment.
