NCR Pads
Pads with glued edge.
All copies including the top copy

out of the pad for filing.

Spine taped, perforated top copies. Bottom copy to stay in book.
Stapled and supplied with a

Tipped forms or

Each set of invoices is
individually glued.

2 Part NCR
(Duplicate)
Our 2 part pads offer the perfect solution for a quick and easy duplicate copy of your original document, which can easily be torn out to provide the original plus a copy for your customer or for your own records.
3 Part NCR
(Triplicate)
They are perfect for when instant multiple copies of the original document are required. Each set can easily be removed once used to provide the original, plus two additional copies.
4 Part NCR
(Quadruplicate)
With 4 parts in each set, you will have the original top copy and three additional copies for use as required. 50 sets in a pad and supplied with a loose writing shield as standard.
Finishing options for NCR timesheets
Wrap-around Covers (writing shields)
Wrap-around Covers (writing shield is a Print Finishing process used for Receipt Pads, Bill Books, Raffle Tickets, Application forms, Reply forms, Remittance notes, Purchase orders, Delivery Notes etc.
All NCR Pads and NCR Stapled Books are supplied with a wrap-around cover with writing shield as standard, however, if you prefer not to have this added then let us know when ordering your printed item.
The wrap around cover is a plain un-printed wrap around also acting as a writing shield to prevent you writing from going through to lower sets other than the required bottom copies
Wrap-arounds covers can be printed as an optional addition.
Perforation: to give a tear-away section
Perforating is a Print Finishing process used for Receipt Pads, Bill Books, Raffle Tickets, Application forms, Reply forms, Remittance notes etc.
If you require your NCR Pads, Books (please note that NCR Books come with 1 perforation as standard) or Loose sets (tipped only) to be perforated then this option can be added.
Stapled books have 1 perforation near the spine/stapled edge to allow top copies to be removed. If you require more than 1 perforation i.e for a tear away section then please let us know.
Drilling - 2 holes drilled or 4 holes drilled
Drilling Holes is a Print Finishing process used for Receipt Pads, Bill Books, Raffle Tickets, Application forms, Reply forms, Remittance notes etc.
If you require your NCR Pads, Books or Loose Forms (tipped only sets) to have holes drilled then this option can be added to your printed items.
Drilling of either 2 or 4 holes to fit standard ring binders as standard and they can be drilled on the top or left edge.
Sequential Numbering
Numbering is a Print Finishing process used for Receipt Pads, Raffle Tickets, Invoices, Purchase orders, Remittance notes etc
If you require your NCR Pads, Books or Loose Forms (tipped only sets) to have sequential Numbering then this option can be added to your printed items.
Numbering can be positioned in any postions and is usually place in top right hand corner. We will keep a record of your numbering so upon repeat orders we will always know where to start your next batch of numbering from.

At Jelprint, we can print NCR duplicate forms to A6, DL (a third of A4) A5, A4 and A3 sizes.
With NCR duplicate forms, as standard we print using our Lithographic printers as they are more cost effective. This gives you options to print in single colour, 2 spot colours or 3 spot colours.
We can also print using our DIGITAL PRINTER which gives you the choice of Black ink or FULL COLOUR. This process is also used to print smaller quantiies of NCR duplicate forms.
TIP: The most cost effectiive solution, is to print single colour or black and white.
As standard the top copy will be printed onto white paper. This can be changed as an optional extra.
For the middle and bottom copies you can choose in ‘any order’’ a choice from Pink, Green, Blue and Yellow papers.
Sure, our team of specialist in-house designers are very experienced and will work with you to create a duplicate form that will look great and get your message across. The price of our duplicate form / NCR design service starts from £50.00
Unfortunately the answer is No. Due to the print process, NCR duplicate forms have a turnaround time of around 7 days. This will depend on artwork, quantity and the types of finishing required.
